Dr David Djan has a distinguished history of providing comprehensive care to individuals suffering from various neurologic disorders. He is well known for his expertise and experience in this branch of medicine.
Dr David Djan has over 16 years of experience as a doctor and eight years as a specialist neurologist. He received his MBBCh from Wits University in 2006. After graduating, he completed a two-year internship and a year of community service at the Rahima Moosa Mother and Child Hospital, and Helen Joseph Hospital, from 2007 to 2009.
From 2010 to 2014, Dr David Djan was a medical officer and registrar at several reputable hospitals, including Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, Rahima Moosa Mother and Child Hospital, Helen Joseph Hospital, and Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital.
In 2014, Dr David Djan became a specialist in neurology and has been practising at the Netcare Union hospital and Netcare Clinton Hospital since then. Dr David Djan has also participated in, presented and chaired numerous local and international academic meetings, courses and conferences.
When he is not providing his patients with world-class treatment or completing courses including ones offered by Harvard Medical School, Dr David Djan spends his time engaging in various hobbies. These hobbies include playing squash, riding his motorbike, and obtaining his helicopter pilot licence.
